LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Christina Kovacs was nominated anonymously. 

"My teacher came in November 2024 to take over for our class after our current teacher switched school districts. I know she was nervous, but she walked in with her game face on and made all of us love her. She set a welcoming environment and a judgment-free zone. I knew I wanted to learn from Ms. Kovacs, and I started looking up to her. I saw her as my role model who could help me find the right path in life. I quickly opened up to her after she constantly found a way to keep all her students entertained in their work. That's not easy because every student dreads work," said the nominator.

"I found myself constantly looking forward to her class, which was incredibly impressive. Not only did my LifeChanger change my life, but she also changed the lives of my peers. When I ask my classmates about her, they have nothing but good reviews, and my classmates are tough critics. Ms. Kovacs saw the best in me and brought that out of me. She showed me how capable I was. I appreciate her so much for being such a great person to look up to. I cannot explain how much of a blessing it has been for me and my classmates to have Ms. Kovacs come into our classroom. We all appreciate how much she's done for us. I seriously appreciate how she has been so patient, kind, and just an overall ball of energy," said the nominator.
