LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Pierre Revange was nominated anonymously. 

Mr. Revange has worked for the school board of St. Lucie County, first as a paraprofessional and then as a professional instructor, since August 2003. He has a positive impact on his students' daily lives. Mr. Revange goes above and beyond to ensure each student receives the high-quality education needed to succeed. He takes two days a week after school to tutor students who need extra help to boost their grades. He has a great relationship with each student, with no exceptions. He encourages everyone to embrace life with firm arms. He always says: "Life is a do-it-yourself thing. If you do not do it, no one will do it for you."

He is involved in many school committees, including parent involvement, SAC, and School Advisory Council. He respects his school's single culture, adheres to the rules, and helps out at the district level for ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) students. Mr. Revange is a great asset at St. Lucie West Centennial High School and St. Lucie County School District.
