Mrs. Allen is an extraordinary teacher. She goes beyond simply teaching the curriculum; she changes lives. Each student who enters her room finds a place in her heart. She challenges them academically, finds their weaknesses, and teaches them how to turn them into strengths. Mrs. Allen teaches the whole child; she knows their hopes, dreams, fears, and unique needs. Her students have learned to set and achieve their highest goals by creating an atmosphere of respect and acceptance. They no longer fear making mistakes but have learned that each error is a learning point to achieve something more significant. She has learned how to unlock the potential of each of her students by showing them that she genuinely cares about them and their success.
