Mr. Lord has been teaching at Monroe Elementary School for 30+ years. He has made such an impact with his students that they return years after they leave school to visit him. He is always willing to go above and beyond with teaching his students. He always supports his peers and has a great sense of humor. Mr. Lord is always striving to be his best, so he attends each staff development training to acquire new methods of teaching.
