Mrs. Cochrane is considered by many to be the best principal their children have ever had. She consistently goes above and beyond her job description, and she's always willing to support her students and their families. Regardless of the challenges a student or their family may face, Mrs. Cochrane is there, whether it's by offering a listening ear or lending a helping hand.
Kim Cochrane is one of the most dedicated and hardworking administrators in our district. Her commitment to the students she serves is evident in everything she does. She is often the first to arrive and among the last to leave her building. The knowledge, experience, and strong work ethic she brings to her role have helped make Washington Elementary an outstanding school for students, staff, and community stakeholders. Kim is a tireless advocate for both students and staff, ensuring high-quality education while maintaining a safe, supportive environment that fosters learning.
Mrs. Kimberly Cochrane has been one of the best principals i have ever met. She has went beyond just being a principal to her students. She makes sure even their families are taking care of. There is no better deserving principal then her.
She is the most wonderful and kind human.she never gives up on helping our children. And always goes above and beyond for our school. We are blessed to have her ??

I work for Ms. Cochrane at Washington Elementary. Ms. Cochrane goes above and beyond for her staff, students and families! I LOVE working in her school! She is always available to help even when she doesn’t have to. She spends so much of her own time on her school to make it a better place. Her days are extremely busy but it does not stop her from going the extra mile for her staff. I am blessed to be a part of Ms. Cochrane’s school! ????

Kim is an amazing principal. She goes above and beyond daily to make sure the children in her building are supported academically, and emotionally. She makes sure their basic needs are met first. She is always looking at data and working with her team to identify ways to promote growth in her students.
