Ms. Lee is a talented and dedicated teacher at West Valley Elementary School in the Cupertino Unified School District. She is bright and thoughtful, demonstrating an understanding of the needs of her students with dyslexia. Ms. Lee can plan appropriate instruction while managing negative behaviors and working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is friendly yet authoritative, with strong management skills that create a positive environment, setting high expectations while respecting the variety of cultures present. Ms. Lee effectively uses computer technology to enhance her students' learning. In addition, she actively participates in team meetings, parent conferences, and staff development, consistently exhibiting professional behavior, ethics, and values. Her appearance and demeanor are dependable, conscientious, and professional when interacting with students.
