These requirements are especially crucial for educators with dual qualifications in general and special education, who are equipped to address these challenges effectively.

Ms. Kim greatly respects the students through her ability to share information and teach effectively. She has a wealth of professional knowledge and experience with various collaborative approaches and strategies. These strategies help her successfully implement alternative communication methods while addressing any issues related to conflicts and differences between the child's parents and herself.
