Mr. Andrade is a true LifeChanger. He sets out to make a difference in his students' lives on a daily basis. He prepares his lessons so that his students can be actively engaged, and he provides an environment that invites discussion in an appropriate manner.
Mr. Andrade is the former Lead Teacher for Global Academy; his small learning community at Garfield. During his tenure, Global students outranked other students in both math and English. As a teacher, Mr. Andrade provides a nurturing atmosphere and allows students to be comfortable sharing what's on their mind without the fear of criticism.
