Jackie Lesniak was nominated by her colleague, Raina Riviotta. 

"Jackie is dedicated, reliable, and consistent. I am new to Lineweaver Elementary, but on the first day I arrived at school, I overheard someone in their office working with a student. She set clear and direct expectations and provided appropriate boundaries, yet continued to support and console the student. I remember thinking how calm, yet firm she sounded, and the student really needed that at the time of their disruptive behavior. I have been here 3 weeks and have continued to see her support the whole school of 700 students, especially kindergarteners. She will hold groups with the wiggliest of students, as well as the ones who need clear expectations. She meets staff with all levels of professionalism, dedication, and compassion, recognizing she might not have all the answers but is always willing to collaborate and put out the fires. She really is superb when it comes to elementary behaviors," said Riviotta.
