Ms. Odom has a demanding job as she serves as counselor of two schools. She has a passion for her students and works tirelessly to help them navigate through junior high school with ease. She does this by offering counseling sessions for whole groups of students and for individuals. Ms. Odom never seems to have a rough day, as she’s always upbeat. Ms. Odom serves as the leader of many clubs and committees, such as Student Council and Response to Intervention. She is always willing to help anyone who asks and often volunteers for additional assignments.
Ms. Odom stays abreast of best practices in counseling through Professional Development that she seeks out and asks to attend. She is a LifeChanger at Lanett Jr. High!
