Monica and I have worked together for the last eight years, and her steady and calm presence in the classroom is something I strive to emulate with my own students. Even during trials, Monica is there for her students as well as her co-workers. She is a positive presence in our school and is always open to helping others when she sees a need. She believes in all students, not just those in her classroom and lifts them up, cheering them on the success!
