Mr. Millard was nominated anonymously. 

"Mr. Millard has helped me since the beginning. I’m an exchange student, and he was the first teacher I felt comfortable with. He’s always asking me questions about how I feel and how my life in my home country is," said the nominator.

He is interested in how his students are doing. They know that if they have a problem, they can talk to him, and he will not judge.

"Criminal justice classes with him are my favorite. I was scared that the lessons would be very hard for me, but he’s making everything easier to understand," the nominator added. "Mr. Millard is a very caring teacher, and he deserves to be recognized as a LifeChanger."

Mr. Millard (aka: Mr. Money bags), as my economic teacher this year he really packs a punch. This year I was expecting an old fart to drone on and on about money and how with this economy it’s “the end of the world” but I was pleasantly surprised of this hip, funny, and kind teacher. Not only was he putting an investment into the success of high schoolers he made it fun as well. There was a time when I was sad in his class and he very slyly slipped me a note asking if I was okay. In that moment I realized the teachers at my school care more than most students catch on. ?? But… Mr. Millard is the best of the best, even when we test, and if you don’t believe me you can leave the nest. ?? Mr.Moneybags (he has a necklace he likes to wear when speaking about the bucks)
