Ms. Mitchell, a dedicated Pre-K aide, has made a huge difference in the lives of her students. She makes sure that each child gets important one-on-one time that helps them learn and grow by paying close attention to their specific needs. She is clearly dedicated to learning because she wants to finish her degree and become a teacher, which shows how much she wants to shape young minds. Ms. Mitchell is not only a dedicated para to her students, but is also respected among her coworkers. For this reason, she was nominated for Para of the Year on her campus. Because she has been dedicated to children since she was 16, she has had a big effect on many people, including her students and coworkers.
I have know Ms. Mitchell "Ty" for many years now and trust me when I say this is a well fitting award that she 100% deserves. Congratulations for the nominee!!
Tatyana (My Ty) has always been an overachiever! Her responsibility and dedication to any project is impeccable! Whether it’s demonstrating a spirit of excellence in the role of her career, her church, or her personal life, she lives exactly how we see and know her to be. This award could not be given to a better person! A natural leader who does not mind putting in the work to meet all given assignments, objectives and opportunities. Her campus is very lucky to have her! Congratulations my Girl! So proud of you!
This is awesome! I have know Ty for many years and her positive attitude and ability to guide and teach young and older children has been outstanding. Ty has always set bar high for herself and she exceeds it with little to no effort for it is in her DNA to be exceptional. She has grown and developed these strong skills and I am excited for her to be rewarded for all she does inside and outside the classroom. Congratulations Ty!

It has been such a privilege getting to know Ty over the past three years. She is hard-working and dedicated to ispiring the students she works with to achieve greatness. She is a true leader and has been changing out youngest learners lives for the past three years. We are blessed to have her as a Jefferson Jay!
Ty has been a great instructional aide in the classroom at Jefferson ELC for the past 3 years! She develops meaningful relationships with students and staff and always puts her best effort into everything that she does. She really cares about growing our students and is there to celebrate their milestones throughout the year. Thanks Ms. Ty for being such a wonderful part of our classroom & school community!

Ty is a wonderful co worker and friend. She truly cares for others, she’s intelligent, kind, funny, and sweet. I love working with her, she is so passionate towards her work and she is so organized.

Ms. Mitchell have a passion to pour excellence into the children she demonstrated her desire to see the children of our future excell beyond measure on countless occasions To see her thriving is to see her in action being by her passion. Ms. Mitchell desire to see her children excel does start and stop during a work day it goes beyond that. Just like a team member of sport she she shines in her glory on of the court as well as in and out of the class room. Ms . Mitchell has been know to educate children in various setting such in a church setting as well as In a daycare environment. Ms. Mitchell believes in her children and knows that the sky is the limit. I can also attest that when Ms. Mitchell creativity when educating her leaves them with knowledge the need to. Ms.Mitchell children are confident and eager to learn. I not only know this from peaking on her in her classroom setting but also by watching her interact with her niece and nephews. I could go on on about Ms. Mitchell but I’m sure the picture was provided. I agree Ms. Mitchell dedication and compassion definitely changes lives.
What a beautiful young woman inside and out we all need more like her
The amazing work I witnessed her applying to my granddaughter; I saw a dramatic change in ability to retain information and identity words and animals. I wish she could have had her one more year.
This is a well deserved compliment. She has worked hard all her life and I’m glad she has been seen.
Mrs. Mitchell is the most caring, loving and patient person to be nominated for this award. My son just love seeing and being in her presence. She treats every child as if they were her own and always has their best interest at heart.
