Ms. Seay's nominator states, "My nominee is a LifeChanger because...she loves every student as if they are her own. She goes to their games and roots for all of them through tests and hard times. She always talks about her students and works on ways she can make things easier for them. She lives a full life outside of her school position, too, and she takes care of a lot of people, but never says no when someone needs her. Kristen always says that she has two biological kids but about 1,600 adopted children. She is what being a LifeChanger is about...she changes the lives of everyone that she touches every single day.
A person who is always willing to help. You only have to find her in areas of the school, even if you don't know her, and she will always offer you her help and support. I am proud that she is part of the great treasures of that school: its teachers.
Ms. Seay is the true definition of a LifeChanger! Her dedication to her students goes far beyond the classroom—she invests in their lives, their struggles, and their victories, always cheering them on every step of the way. The love and support she gives to each student, as if they were her own, is something truly special. She not only teaches but nurtures, inspires, and uplifts, creating a lasting impact on everyone she meets.

Ms. Seay is the heart of the school, resolving countless issues with grace and efficiency. Her commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment is truly inspiring. Such a genuinely kind human being. A person that it always willing and ready to help anyone. From the first time we met, I've never seen her without a smile on her face. It's easy to imagine how that energy spread across the people shes around daily!

For the past 24 years, I have been privileged to work in education—a career that has brought immense joy and purpose to my life. This incredible community has become my extended family, and I cherish the relationships we’ve built over the years.
