"Clarissa is a dedicated educator who continues to make a significant difference in the lives of teachers and students even though she no longer serves in the classroom. Clarissa shares a wealth of knowledge regarding special education with parents, teachers, and administrators through coaching. She aims to give educators the tools they need to assist students in being successful individuals. Clarissa takes initiative to identify processes that need reworking and dives in head first to make our district better," said Jones.
Ms. Beyer's unwavering dedication and hard work in the City of St. Charles School District have directly contributed to the success of families and students. Her tireless efforts behind the scenes ensure that teachers have the resources they need to deliver the best possible education. Despite being in the twilight of her career, Ms. Beyer's energy and enthusiasm for her job remain undiminished, a testament to her enduring commitment to the district.

Her knowledge and skill base surrounding special education evaluations and elementary learning are vast. She is like a magnet for other educators who love to learn, and we share a passion for growing and coaching teachers in their knowledge of special education.
