Music that Describes Tracey

Tracey Mills was nominated by a colleague, Amber Ried.

This is the start of Ms. Mills' second full year at her school, and she has made a huge difference in the lives of the students and staff. Her upbeat attitude and professional, calm demeanor in the face of difficult situations that arise is not only outstanding, but consistent. She frequently volunteers to help at student events and is happy to lend a hand whenever she's needed. Not only that, but Ms. Mills is also a volunteer leader of her school's Future Christian Athletes (FCA). As a FCA group leader, Ms. Mills helps students to learn patience, understanding, forgiveness, kindness, fairness, and faith among many other important life lessons that will make them better people.

"Three words I could use for Tracey are 'above and beyond.' While there isn't any one specific 'story' that I can tell you about, I can tell you that Tracey is a LifeChanger every single day," said Ried.

I agree with the statements made by others. Mrs. Mills manages many different responsibilities with her job at the school, but she is able to do so with excellence and with a great attitude. Many times I have observed Mrs. Mills interact with students who are in need of additional attention/support for either their own inappropriate behaviors or because they are experiencing a crisis. She maintains a calm demeanor and is supportive while providing consistent, appropriate, and good advice to others. Mrs. Mills encourages and supports the leaders and all who are a part of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She is selfless and seeks the good of others. She truly an inspiration to everyone with whom she has contact!

This award is perfect for Tracey. How does she change lives? By living as an exemplary model of selflessness and compassion. Unlike others, whose actions often come with conditions, Tracey's generosity knows no bounds. She tirelessly dedicates herself to aiding others, often at the expense of her own well-being. Her relentless efforts to support and uplift those around her, even when it exhausts her, are nothing short of inspiring. Thank you, Tracey, for being a shining example of how humanity should treat one another. Your actions remind us all of the profound impact one individual can have on a community. We are deeply grateful for your unwavering dedication and kindness.

Ms. Mills is one of the hardest-working people I know. She goes out of her way several times throughout the day to help someone in the office, even when extremely busy. She also helps run FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), doing a tremendous job of supporting everyone, including the students, adults, and visitors of the group.

I have known Tracey for years and have seen how she supports, encourages, and leads young people. My children have been recipients of her kindness, mentoring, and support. They have had opportunities to serve locally because of her dedication and influence. Even though two of them are in college now, she is nothing but kind and supportive of them still.
