Weese is passionate about youth mental health, access to opportunities, and workforce exposure and development.

The Three Springs High School counseling mission is to partner with stakeholders within the TSHS community to provide ALL students with a comprehensive school counseling program that supports the academic, social/emotional and college and career-related goals. As a result, all students will develop successful habits and mindsets, preparing to become lifelong learners and contributing members to society.

Travis is a great support to both students and staff as he constantly steps in to mentor and encourage with grace. He an ally and safe space of kindness and respect for all who work with him. Travis goes over and beyond to connect with the students at his school. The students trust him and rely on him. Many of the students that Travis work with have experienced trauma at some point in their lives. Travis sees them for who they are and always sure that each students know that they matter in the school and in the world.
