"Stephanie is the most caring person I have ever met. Every morning, her smile and bubbly attitude brightens my day. Whenever I don't feel confident in myself, she uplifts me, and that's only for me! She brings so much love and care to her students in her classroom. She motivates her students and always reassures them that they can do anything they put their minds to. She builds the best relationship with her students to ensure all their needs are met emotionally and/or academically," said Sithideth.

"I have worked with her for about seven years, and in three of those years, we worked together in first-grade. I was told that she is a hard worker and that I would love her on my team; that was 100% true. So, when she was asked to go to CASE, my heart was broken, but I knew she would be the best CASE teacher for those students," said Sithideth.

Stephanie is my wife and was in college to get her degree in education when we were married. She knew what she wanted to do from a very young age, and I am in awe when I see the teacher she has become She treats her students, their parents, her coworkers, her family, and her friends equally with generous amounts of love ,kindness and respect. I know I’m as proud to call her my wife as her children are to call her their mother and her students are to call her their teacher and her co-workers are to call her their co-worker. in closing, I will say that in 30+ years of marriage and asking the question how was your day? I’ve never gotten an unkind response.

Mrs. Fratangelo is the best teacher I have met thus far. She is patient with the kids, she believes in these kids and she makes them strive for what she knows they are capable of. She is not only my son’s teacher but she has become apart of my village, it does take a village to raise these kids. She goes above and beyond for her kids in and out the classroom. My son has been with her in Case for 2 years now and as long as she’s here so will he.

So incredibly proud of my mom! She is the most beautiful person inside and out. She gives her all to our family and her family at school. I have never met someone with a bigger heart. I know her students are so lucky to have her because I am so lucky to be her daughter!
