Let me share about my rich history with this amazing woman! She and I have a wonderful and deep history together! We had served in the prisons throughout California but mostly in the women's prison in Chowchilla, California for almost 20 yrs. Her love for the women in the institution shined forth through her words and her actions. Her love for Christ spilled over onto every one of those women we had the privilege of ministering to and with! Janet is a dedicated, loving and faithful servant of GOD and a most valued sister and friend! I know she would do anything for anyone the LORD allows to cross her path! I count it all joy to have a deep and fulfilling relationship with her! Since she has relocated there is a hole in my life, but I know those she has crossed paths with now have a newfound joy by just having her in their lives! Keep shining for Jesus...Janet!!!! Love you deeply!

If there was ever an individual deserving recognition as a Life Changer, this woman must be included. Walking along Janet in service to the community (church and social justice involvement), has allowed me a direct insight into her character. Jane's position with the county in Fresno, California impacted and changed lives for the good serving as a powerful tool of aiding the less fortunate and society forgotten population. She took those concerns into her church family, her friends and unafraid confronted those in authority who had the responsibility to implement changes when she was limited by processes. I walked with Janet as she used her vast knowledge and dedication to routinely go into the women's prison to pray with and counsel inmates, some having no hope to come into freedom from that environment. What I did not realize is I traveled with Janet across country as she relocated back to her home there in North Carolina, that pull was not just returning home after more than 20 plus years but another chapter opening for her. She did not realize that as she prayerfully took on her current assignment that she would be continuing to answer a call that I wish we all would step forward in response. She has sent me proud pictures of those students she now walks along side of and regularly request prayer for the students and their parents that also need support. If the overview above does not speak of a LIFE CHANGER then I am stomped as my grandmother would say. Committee, My sister of Spirit and grace deserves her flowers now. Thank you.
