You'd be hard pressed to find an educator equal to the caliber of Mr. Crumpley. From his innovative ideas in the classroom to his ability to form and nurture positive learning relationships, Mr. Crumpley sets himself apart from other teachers as an academic and servant leader among his peers and students. He engages students within his classroom to participate in innovative activities which promote critical thinking and increase communication and teamwork skills. His syllabi and curriculum show a clear understanding of developing leadership skills among his students while preparing them to be passionate and independent life long learners.
Mr. Crumpley is always open to the opinions and ideas of his students, as he is always eager to grow and learn himself. Outside of the classroom, he has proven himself as a leader, as well. He steps up an assistant administrator within the district when situations present themselves. During the 2017-18 school year, he took on a major challenge for the students and school by serving as an interim administrator when there was a shift in leadership. He not only performed his duties with ease and success, but carried and conducted himself like a seasoned leader and administrator.
Mr. Crumpley also makes himself available to his students by leading them to academic success on the ball field as the Head Baseball Coach of his district. His love for learning is evident as his academic leadership pours into the student athletes he coaches. His teams have produced multiple Academic All State Athletes and composed impressive team GPA's year in and year out.

Through his creativity and willingness to go above and beyond, Mr. Crumpley has found ways to serve and educate the whole student and not simply cover the basic curriculum."
