I was lucky enough to work with Ashley for 3 years. She always has students best interests at heart and is smart and kind. Truly puts students first and takes care of not only their physical needs but takes the time to truly listen. She also loves to prank her coworkers and scared me so many times. She was a joy to work with!

It is with great admiration and respect that I share my experience working with Ashley LeCompte over the past four years. Ashley is a truly compassionate and caring individual, dedicated not only to her colleagues but especially to her students. She consistently goes above and beyond to build positive relationships, creating an environment where students feel valued and inspired. One shining example of her commitment is her involvement in our annual art exhibit. Ashley would actively participates in after-school paint nights alongside the students. Through these efforts, she encourages them to showcase their hidden talents and fosters meaningful connections that leave a lasting impact. Her dedication to nurturing creativity and building a sense of community is nothing short of remarkable. Ashley is an asset to everyone she works with, and her influence is truly transformative.

Ashley is the best school nurse! She cares about the student's health and goes above and beyond to ensure their well-being. She is very personal, thoughtful, and super funny. The kids and staff are fortunate to have her.
