Dr. Celena Johnson was nominated by her colleague, Mia Potenza.
Dr. Johnson has worked for Palm Beach County School District for over 20 years. During that time as a teacher and now district leader, she has made a tremendous impact on the students and staff members that she serves.
"To me, a LifeChanger is someone who has changed the pathway of someone’s life and has been a part of it for the long haul. Dr. Johnson has numerous students who are still in contact with her today and look to her for life advice, even as adults. She has parents of former students reaching out for support. In her current role, she is able to share that passion and ability to build strong relationships with other educators across the district. Her impact is no longer confined to the students on her roster, but can now be felt across the entire school district," said Potenza.
