LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Donna Taylor was nominated by an anonymous colleague.

Mrs. Taylor has proven herself as a LifeChanger! She has literally changed students' lives by helping them perfect the quality, clarity, and fluency of their speech. She adds positivity to the Bayou View Elementary School atmosphere and demonstrates excellence in all she does each day. Mrs. Taylor has made her mark in her district by being an educator who has earned the respect of her colleagues. If it is not ethical or moral, Mrs. Taylor is not a part of it. Her administrators, colleagues, friends, and students hold her in high esteem and strive to be like her. She displays leadership in her school and district, a role that she embraces.

From the moment Mrs. Taylor arrives on campus, she is working diligently to help students succeed, whether it be in the classroom, in the hallways, or even after school in the car line. She cares about all students! Her lessons with children are truly amazing and engaging, and all who observe her teaching leave her classroom saying they literally could watch her in action with her students the entire day! She eagerly shares her knowledge and high standards with everyone.
