"Holly cares about Bay Park's entire staff. She cares about all of the students to the point of knowing the names of every single student on the campus. She is always willing to take your call, put a band aid on a boo boo, or reassure a stressed parent. She looks to solve every problem that is brought to her attention. She has been there for my family in particular during health crises, and her kindness toward even the most challenging students is unmatched. I don't know what Bay Park would ever do without her," said Strickler.

Holly always has a bright smile and a positive attitude. There is never a problem too large for her to solve. When families first walk into Bay Park Elementary, they are greeted at the front desk with Holly’s warm smile and approachable personality. Holly is intelligent, funny, and extremely hardworking. The Bay Park Elementary community is beyond lucky to have Holly!
Holly is a positive influence for everyone at Bay Park Elementary. Her smile and sense of humor brightens the day for staff and students. Moreover, her ability to get things done so that our school runs smoothly impacts all of us at Bay Park in a positive way.

Holly is the heart of the staff at Bay Park Elementary. I am so lucky to be her colleague, collaborator, and most importantly ,a friend. She always comes to school with a smile on her face every day. She makes a positive impact on every facet of our school: taking care of the needs of students, lending a helping hand before being ask, or being there for a voice of reason. Every time I ask Holly for help or assistance, she always answers back with a "you got it." In my opinion, a "lifechanger" is someone who brings sunshine to everyone they encounter and changes their life for the better. Holly Gibbard has definitely earned the title of LifeChanger again and again.
Holly wears so many hats and they all look good on her if you know what I mean! She is the go-to gal for all that makes Bay Park Elementary hum. She is always ready to listen and come up with a response or a solution for the community and staff. Her nomination is well-deserved and her contributions to the school community are appreciated!
Holly more than deserves this nomination. Her hard work and dedication to her co-workers, the parents and especially the children is exemplary. When parents have questions, Holly has answers! She steps up when she sees a need and quietly and efficiently works behind the scenes to make sure the school day is running as smoothly as it can everyday. I see her in many roles and she transitions between them seamlessly. But most importantly, I see her dedication to the kids. Helping them everyday before and after school in the office to assure that they are getting what they need at beginning and end of their day. As a parent to a current Bay Park Elementary student, I am grateful that she is there assuring that everything is running smoothly and seamlessly. Thank you Holly!!!!

I am a teacher at Bay Park Elementary School and having Holly in the office is truly life changing. She is amazing and an asset to our school! She knows every child and every family. If we ask her a question, she usually knows the answer right away or makes sure she finds out. She answers texts, emails, or in person if we just show up in the office bombarding her for help or information. She has always been such a great support to me. Holly is our "go to" girl and helps run the school.
Holly Gibbard is the heart and soul of Bay Park Elementary that creates the space for our community to soar. Every one of our 507 students, over 1,000 parents, and all of our staff personally know Holly and appreciate the warmth and support she shows all of us each and every day. I am so appreciative and in awe of all she can accomplishes with a smile on her face. Holly solves challenges behind the scenes so that people do not even know a challenge existed. She truly changes our lives for the better every day!

Holly is one of those smiling faces even when it’s a hard day! She had everyone’s back when they call for assistance, she is the hub on knowledge and if she doesn’t know she will be honest and track down the answer as best as she can. The love Holly shows the students and staff at Bay Park and SDUDS is amazing! Holly, or Mrs. Holly as my kids affectionately call her, is such a bright light in what can sometimes be an overwhelming time for families and children alike on a school campus. I have witnessed first hand Holly’s magic to absorb stress amongst parents enrolling their first kids into school for the first time and turn it into the exciting and memorable experience it’s meant to be. She swiftly puts children at ease when they are in need of help and support making them feel confident and safe. Holly Gibbard is the heart of Bay Park Elementary School. If anyone needs anything at any moment, Holly is there. She goes way above and beyond her job title and does so without anyone even asking.
