It is with great pleasure that I nominate Analiese "Mrs. Lisa" Haben for recognition. To my family, she is not just a name, but a pillar of kindness, love, and unwavering dedication. If I could write a novel about her, it would be filled with stories of selflessness, generosity, and an unwavering spirit that lifts everyone around her. She is the example of a true woman of God, loving wife and mother, educator, mentor and friend. One of her most remarkable qualities is her ability to give wholeheartedly, even when it may not be visible to others. She has an incredible strength to put others’ needs first, often with a smile, never letting on when she’s facing challenges herself. Her genuine care for everyone in her life makes her a role model for kindness, compassion, and resilience. Mrs. Lisa’s commitment to her community and loved ones is unmatched. Whether it’s lending a hand when needed or simply offering a listening ear, she does it all with a grace and warmth that leaves an impression on everyone she meets. For all the quiet ways you make the world a better place, Mrs. Lisa, you are so deserving of this recognition.

We've known Analiese for almost 30 years and have watched her grown into the person she is today. All her life as an educator, she has always prescribe to being student centric and believes that there are many pathways to student success. Her dedication to the success of her students, her own children, and her siblings have changed their lives and is an inspiration for many teachers. As a role model to all educators who believes that a teacher's dedication can touch the lives of those in her classroom as well as those around her, we are fully supportive of Analiese receiving the Life Changing Award.

I couldn’t think of anyone who deserves the life changer award more than Analeise. She is an all star! I have known her 35 years and every one of them has been an honor. Analiese, is the perfect example of inspiration! I have watched her grow from a young teen to a beautiful woman. She married my brother Paul at a young age and as their love grew, I knew he made an excellent choice for a wife. She has been the best daughter, wife, momma , sister, teacher, friend and sister in law anyone can ask for. Life challenged her and she rose to every challenge with grace, never complaining but instead using her challenges to help others. Her unconditional love and support are admired by so many. Lisa was blessed with two beautiful children, they were both born super early (one at 22 weeks) and even though things were tough she never complained, she never gave up no matter what the doctors said she never gave up and has encouraged them to be more than what the doctors said and they are thriving. After she had her children her mom and dad adopted 2 children, she has loved and supported them and has a beautiful bond and just pours so much goodness into them. After Analieses parents adopted the children her mom found out she had cancer. Analiese loved, supported and cared for her mother and I attribute that to of been a part of her mom’s healing. Analiese loves and cares for her students as if each one was a part of her family. There are so many more reasons why she would be the perfect recipient but this is supposed to just be a comment so I will stop here. Thank you for your time and consideration. #LYOC

My personal experience with Analiese began long before her professional educational roles and even before the birth of her son. Analiese married my uncle, Paul, and immediately became an advocate and supporter of her new nieces and nephews. She would seek me out at social gatherings knowing that I was an awkward and shy tween and spend time talking to me and building me up. As a family member, I watched and learned so much from her and Paul's parenting choices, encouragements and supports for Josiah and his sister, Avalon. When I became a mother to my special needs son, I immediately thought of and was encouraged by them and the example that they have set to not limit my son, but to help him soar. They have come alongside us and supported us through our special educational journey. Analiese is undoubtedly an excellent choice for this award!

I have known Analiese (Lisa) Haben for over 30 years. There are not enough words to express how amazing she is and to tell of all the wonderful things she has done to enhance the lives of everyone she encounters. Lisa is the most passionate and hardworking person. I’ve had the opportunity to witness her love and passion for teaching and serving children firsthand. She is so deserving of this award.

For almost 30 years now Analiese has been changing lives as a professional however she has been changing lives a lot longer. Analiese finds success in this arena due to her passion and commitment to the individual and not the industry. I cannot count the kids that Analiese has touched who are now adults and still stay in contact with her and share the stories of their lives knowing she had a pivotal role in their foundation. Grateful for the recognition but even more grateful that God chose to bless our lives with someone who will continue to pursue her purpose with or without t recognition or anything other than the passion to pursue and walk out that purpose…

My mother is the epitome of what it means to be a life-changer because she has not only changed my life, but the lives of countless others-she is selfless, the standard of excellence when it comes to education, and she genuinely sees purpose and potential in each and every person who she encounters, and calls it forth. I am proud to be her son, and I humbly solicit your assent to honoring her with this award-she is more than worthy of it and more in my eyes, because she’s my mom. And she’s my hero!!!!!!!!!!

How befitting an honor for such a phenomenal human being. Analiese or Lisa as I affectionately call her, champions the lives of the children she encounters. As long as I have known her, she has dedicated her life to bring the gift of learning to the forefront. From unpaid positions of Nursery worker to Sunday School teacher; from daycare worker to Children's Director, from student to teacher to Principal, and ever learning, ever growing. I have seen Analiese fight for programs and platforms and never for herself, always for those assigned to her. I can't think of a person who lights the way with more commitment, intention and absolute dedication to depositing, discovering and encouraging the wealth of potential to flow from our children. Her influence on them is far-reaching. She literally helped me raise my own daughter and to this day, holds the highest honor in my daughter's life for treating her as her own and for actionably educating her as her teacher, but also influencing her life through her many, many demonstrations of love.

I had the privilege of working alongside Analiese as her collaborative partner in education. I served as the Special Education provider for her classrooms in both fifth and second grade. It was an amazing journey where we both collaboratively worked toward a synonymous goal for the betterment of our youth. She always put the child first and built strong lasting relationships that emphasized the social-emotional support required to see the children take on a growth mindset. Additionally, she worked so diligently in whole-brain thinking and always shared her classroom with me. Together we partnered and made phenomenal strides of growth with our students. Annalise Haben deserves this honor and more. This world is all the more blessed to have her as a guide for our children.
