Nikki Sanders was nominated by her principal, Clark Olstad.

"I would describe Ms. Sanders by saying she is feisty and has a fantastic smile! Ms. Sanders is one of the hardest-working individuals I have ever had the privilege of working with. She comes to work every day with a smile, an upbeat personality, and an attitude of how many students and staff she can help today," Olstad said.

One of Ms. Sanders' greatest strengths is her ability to treat every student with respect while holding them accountable for their actions and helping them learn valuable life lessons. She is also extremely good at multitasking, which is especially important when trying to keep her fifth-grade team of teachers happy! Ms. Sanders will often give up her lunchtime to help her fifth-grade students and her team of teachers.

Ms. Sanders, a remarkable mother, understands the importance of family in her life. Her family is truly fortunate to have her.

Mr. Olstad recalled a quote from Bill Engvall, "I love to laugh, and laughter is one of my favorite things. When you have a really good laugh, you feel great afterward." Ms. Sanders not only has a great laugh, but her laughter is contagious and brightens the day for all her colleagues. 

Ms. Sanders' presence at the elementary building is a beacon of positivity. Her hard work, dedication to all students, and her fun-loving nature make her a joy to work with in the 4-6 Elementary building. She is a LifeChanger in many ways within her school and the entire community. Ms. Sanders is a one-of-a-kind person with a splendid work ethic and a powerful desire to always help other people have a wonderful day!
