Angela Solis was nominated by a family member, Haylee Solis.
"Mrs. Solis makes every student and parent feel heard and cared about. She makes learning fun while making sure each student is growing. She teaches to each student's needs and makes sure she takes her time to get the students where they need to be. Mrs. Solis has been on many leadership roles in her school and district and helps anyone in need. This last year, she started her year off with the news of cancer. She continues to fight it, all while raising her family and being an amazing teacher who makes sure we all feel loved every day. Mrs. Solis is professional in her work life, making sure each teacher and staff feels valued, as well," said Haylee.
Mrs Solis is a good teacher I learn a lot from her I love how I learn new things everyday she is my favorite teacher I have had.
Mrs. Solis is the best teacher I've had because she does lots of arts and crafts and is very kind. I know she cares about and loves her students. she makes sure everybody is learning. I totally recommend mrs. Solis.

Mrs. Solis gives teaching her whole heart and she has one big enough to share. Her passion and dedication to improving as an educator and person inspire those around her, including her students, to want to be better.
Mrs. Solis is a teacher that truly changes children's lives. She inspires her students to excel in anything they do. She has high expectations, and her students rise to meet them. She is patient and nurturing with her students. She supports her students inside and outside of school. They know she truly cares.

Angela Solis is a hardworking educator that has persevered in her journey in education. She is a wonderful colleague and has been a supportive mentor over the years. She has great rapport with students and works hard to make learning engaging and effective.
Ange Solis is everything her daughter said. In watching her work and be absent, Mrs. Solis did not let anyone in the classroom she felt did not love her kids and would only allow certain subs she knew would love her students. She is a supper hero!
Mrs. Solis is an Amazing teacher! She has a big heart for each of her students. Mrs. Solis is appreciated for her kindness and hard work when it comes to her students. She will go above and beyond for each and every one of them. Her students know they can trust her when they have any issues whether it is from school or home. Mountain View Elementary is blessed to have her as a teacher!
As a coworker of Mrs. Solis I can attest to everything Haylee (her nominee) said. Mrs. Solis is known around school as "the best'' "the funnest'' "the coolest" ect. because she is all those things! She cares deeply for all students and makes learning not just enjoyable, but so much fun.
She is one of the things that makes Mountain View Elementary so great!
