Her classroom environment is welcoming and warm, and she posts student-produced work throughout the space. She is always kind, compassionate, and understanding of her students' needs," said Mena.

"In addition, whenever entering her space and observing her, she provides a direct lesson to her students and follows it by giving effective feedback. She understands the students' need to collaborate and has been observed being quite generous with her planning, ensuring the students' needs are being addressed and met. Moreover, her attendance and punctuality are also exemplary. She has a positive attitude and is always radiant like the sun," said Mena.
