Dr. Kellogg is a principal who gets along with all students and acknowledges their needs. Dr. Kellogg has also created a positive atmosphere for the students. Dr. Kellogg shifted his focus to recognizing the top honor students in the school, which has positively changed how some students view school and pushed them to achieve higher grades. There has been an increase in honors graduates since he became principal. Dr. Kellogg also provides options for students with academic deficits. Dr. Kellogg helps every student to succeed by implementing RER days that allow students to be remediated, catch up on work, or be enriched further in the academic material. Dr. Kellogg sees a student's potential and guides them in the direction they need to take to be successful.

Dr. Kellogg is not only my uncle, he’s the most influential man in my life/family!! He is a very selfless man, a man that put others before himself. I’ve watched him grow in his educational career, starting from the bottom as a substitute teacher after graduating from college to now, the principal at Ware County High School. He has been an educator for over thirty years. He has always ensured that his students reached their highest potential and received the best education possible. I witnessed this during my high school career as he taught there while I was a student. Dr. Kellogg provides an educational space where students and staff feel loved, comfortable, and safe. He finds joy in helping students receive a great education while making a difference in their lives, and preparing them for the road ahead. A good education can change anyone meanwhile a good educator can change everything. Dr. Kellogg is the educator that changes everything for the better!
