Mrs. Webb is and outstanding teacher. She is everything my daughter needs in a teacher and more! Farrah has never been so excited to go to school. She is coming out of her she’ll finally and it’s because of a great teacher like Mrs. Allison Webb! She gives her confidence that’s she’s been lacking all of her school career! Congrats for the nomination!!!!

I want to be Mrs. Webb in my next life! She’s the GOAT (the greatest of all time, FYI.) She reaches students daily through activities, songs, mantras, and raps in her classroom. I’m amazed at her creativity!

I have had the honor and privilege of knowing Allison as a colleague and as a friend. She has the best personality and bubbly enthusiasm that pours over into her classroom and shows during her teaching. No matter what challenges she may face, you would never know because she comes to school to teach her babies with her infectious smile and love for teaching. She is a natural and is not only preparing her students academically, but also for life. Every student who walks through her classroom door are in the BEST of hands and will have a lifelong love of learning!

Allison Webb isn't just a life changer for her students; Allison is a life changer for everyone she encounters. Whether you are a stranger on the street or someone like me, who has known her since 2005, her infectious smile and shining spirit makes a positive impact on your life. Her positivity encourages all around her; her students, her daughter, her friends and family members, and coworkers. I worked with Allison closely as a peer years ago when we were managers in the customer service field and I still apply the lessons that she taught me on a daily basis. No matter what Allison has had going on in her life throughout the years, she has always taken a moment to reach out to me and encourage me on my personal journey and I can honestly say she is one of the reasons that I am now a PhD student. She is a dream promoter, which is vital for a shaper of young minds. Allison is a rare breed. She has a deep sense of community, family, and is a natural born leader. She makes learning fun but she is also willing and able to have the tough conversations that we need in these trying times. I am sure that all of the nominees on this list are deserving of recognition, but Allison Webb is a genuine life changer, to which I can personally attest.

My aunt should win teacher of the year. For as long as I remember she has always genuinely wanted to help and see other people succeed especially when I came to education. It was no surprise to our family when she told us that see wanted to become a teacher. Personally she has made a difference in my life an I know for a fact she has for other people as well.

This is her niece. My auntie has taught me so many great things! From school to life lessons. She is kind and determined. She is patient and will be devoted to helping you understand/learn something. She has helped me gained skills when I was younger in elementary school that I still use now and I’m a sophomore in high school. Thank you for being such a great Auntie and teacher! There is no doubt that she is “Life Changer “ of the Year !!

I have know Allison over 12 years. We were managers at a telecommunication company. We now work at the same elementary school together. Allison has worked so hard to get where she is today and she continues to work harder and harder. I have watched her cry when a student relocate and watched her be firm and loving at the same time. Her students are so blessed to have a caring teacher. I know she will continue to be The Teacher that is truly a Life Changer to her students and our entire staff at Cherokee Elementary. We Love You and we are so proud of you!

Allison Webb is one of the most passionate and inspiring teachers I've ever worked with. Her enthusiasm for learning is contagious and evident in her classroom. Allison is a true inspiration. She volunteered in my room when her daughter was in 3rd grade. Even then she was committed to making a difference in the lives of students. She joined us for many projects and lessons. Her enthusiasm was contagious. Her presence and personality brought a richness to my classroom that year. She has that magic we all strive create in our classrooms.
