One of the ways Principal Fingers goes above and beyond to celebrate the successes of students and staff is by ensuring that their hard work is recognized. He makes a mindful effort to acknowledge their achievements, whether through a thoughtful shout-out on social media, a mention in the weekly newsletter, or a personal visit with a handshake. He also displays his leadership by attending events, interacting with students and teachers, and fostering a deep sense of pride across the campus with his trademark chant of "Rah, Rah, Rah, MUSTANGS FIGHT!"
