Saundrarita Villiers was nominated by a colleague, Teno Dawson.

"My LifeChanger, in three words, is dedicated, passionate, and loving to the education profession. Other teachers and students respect her. Her primary goal over the years seems to be to teach and encourage children to the point that they are successful in school and the community," said Dawson.

"She has shown consistent support and encouragement to the students. She is a valuable team player among her co-workers. She has built positive and lasting rapport with students, parents, and staff. She is an outstanding fifth-grade teacher and also a motivating instructor of archery. She has inspired me in many ways. She is a mentor and friend of mine for several years now. She can be counted on to complete any assigned tasks and will do so with a positive attitude no matter how difficult or challenging it may seem," said Dawson.

"What inspires me the most about her is that she never gives up on kids, no matter what the challenges are. I have witnessed her raising the test scores of the most difficult and challenging students and improving their behaviors. She is one of the most valued and highly effective teachers at Socrum Elementary," said Dawson.

Ms Villiers is more than deserving of this consideration. She thoroughly enjoys mentoring and molding the young minds of children that are entrusted in her care. This is evident through her dedication in providing a space for them to learn and develop. She spends her own time and resources to ensure that this happens. So, for this reason I nominate Saundra Villiers for the life changer of the year award.

It gives me great pleasure to inform you about Saundrita Villiers. My family has known Saundrita for approximately 25 years. We were in the process of launching our 3rd preschool, Kid’s Palace in Pembroke Pines and actively seeking to find a solid director who possessed the values that we planned to instill in our program when we met Saundrita. Needless to say, she was a perfect fit. She proved to be the best Director in the area because due to her beautiful communication skills and sincere love and concern for the well being of children and families, our new program filled up in record time. I am confident that Gods blessed us with on of his angels. At the time Saundrita was young mother, wife, sister, nurse, school bus driver, child/staff counselor, curriculum designer, coordinator of summer camp programs and field trips, inspirer, motivator. and most of all a true friend to those she came in contact with. I am personally in contact with some of the children who graduated from her innovative program and she would be happy to know that her instilled the joy of learning

Congratulations Sandra!! I have known Sandra since she was a teenager. It does not surprise me that Sandra became a teacher, she was always the bright and sensible one out of us all. I knew she would be a leader. Her children are shining examples of her teaching and loving support as a teacher and mother. I have seen snippets of her journey over the years and can see that she is also a fine example to her community, to her friends and her students that she seems to care so deeply about. I am proud to and so very happy to see Sandra is being recognised for her amazing work. Well deserved!! Couldn't happen to a nicer person.

She never waivers at the chance to make someone days better in any way she can . She is dedicated and fully focused on the growth and education of the future and it shows quite clearly through her work .
