Kami Todd was nominated by Sarah Kock, her principal. 

"Kami joined our staff this fall, and she has been an excellent resource for our students! She never hesitates to volunteer to help out wherever someone is needed.  She has more patience than almost anyone I've ever met," stated Kock.

Mrs. Todd remains calm in tough situations with our most challenging behavior students.  While many people tend to shy away or are intimidated by difficult situations with students, Mrs. Todd relishes establishing positive relationships and making a difference with them.  She is reliable, dedicated, trustworthy, caring, kind, and a hard worker.  Mrs. Todd maintains high expectations while never sacrificing the relationship with the student. Mrs. Todd makes a difference in students' lives daily, inspiring those around her to be more caring and patient.

Kock stated, "I am so glad she is here!"

Kami and I have been friends for over 15 years. She is truly a beautiful human, inside and out. I couldn’t think of a more deserving person for this award. Congratulations, friend!!!

Mrs. Todd has been an amazing addition to the staff in our district! She has an unwavering positive attitude, even in difficult situations. She holds students to a high standard, and has worked to build relationships with all of the students and staff in our district! She is truly a life changer for so many!!

Kami is one of the kindest, most generous people I know. I am privileged to call her a friend. Her love for the students in her care is beautiful, and our school is definitely a better place with Kami there!
