I love her soft-spoken tone that she has when teaching and redirecting her students. Her permanent smile lights up the school every day she enters. Teaching is truly her calling, and I'm so happy that we are in the same work family. Mrs. Hayes is a true teacher rockstar!"

Karina has changed the lives of the students in her class and her coworkers. She is a joyful and positive person who radiates kindness. She created a beautiful classroom for her students. She is a consistent and strong teacher. Her children will have firm foundations in academics, social skills, and emotional skills. She is a treasure to her colleagues by being an amazing team leader. She has great ideas and works hard to problem solve as well. She also serves on the campus "Sunshine Committee". She loves to think of ways to brighten her co-workers days and to create a positive and productive work environment.
