"I was in Mrs. Reddic's class in junior high at Boles, and she was my AVID teacher. Mrs. Reddic taught us the importance of education and how it would affect our future. Mrs. Reddic does not give up when it comes to the youth of her community. When I was in high school, Mrs. Reddic would offer her classroom to students to come study and help them if needed," said the nominator.
"Unfortunately, when I was in high school, I had a teacher who wasn't on my side, but Mrs. Reddic's advice and positivity pushed me to be better than what others viewed me as. Today, I have graduated college and am seeking to further my education. I always thank her for all she did for me when I was younger," said the nominator.
