She creates an environment where students feel safe, and her warm and welcoming presence fosters a sense of community. Countless times, I have witnessed Yanette offering a kind word, a reassuring smile, or a helping hand to students who needed it, making our school a more nurturing place," said Roy-Wood. "She assists on the playground during lunch recess, helping students play together and have fun together every day."

Her vigilance and quick response in emergencies, combined with her calm and reassuring demeanor, have profoundly impacted the safety and security of our students and staff. She assists our student leaders and staff during our weekly morning meetings and is a true cheerleader for our school," said Roy-Wood.
