Mrs. Alice takes such pride in our school. She always gives 100% to make sure our students have a clean, safe, and beautiful school. She also takes a part in our students' lives, and they know she has high expectations for each of them. We love Mrs. Alice!

Ms. Alice is the most loving and caring person I have known my entire life. Her unselfish heart has provided her to put the needs of others before her own needs. Mrs. Alice Times is so deserving of the Life-Changer of the Year award because she’s is like a second mother to so many of the kids at Arbor Springs. She buys them ice cream, breakfast or lunch if they don’t have the money, sponsor’s them for fundraisers and buys whatever they are selling. It’s not just one or two kids at a time, it’s 6 or 8 at a time. She always has a hug or an elbow bump (her version of a fist bump) when she passes a kid in the hall. She always has a smile on her face and a great attitude every day. Mrs. Alice is loved by the staff as well and I am so honored to call her my friend!
Ms. Alice is the kindest soul someone could meet. Sure to brighten anyone’s day as she is the sweetest lady I have ever known. She has been such a blessing in my life.
Mrs. Alice has an incredible work ethic and a heart for serving. Our school is a shiny, beautiful, and clean building that Mrs. Alice and her team can take pride in each day. My students comment on the fresh vacuum lines in our carpet each morning and they are happy to help each afternoon by placing trashcans in the hall. My students see Mrs. Alice working hard every day as she wants our students and staff to feel loved and cared for. Mrs. Alice can be counted on to always share a smile and an encouraging word with everyone in our building. I have worked in buildings that did not have a Mrs. Alice; our school is an incredibly better place in countless ways because of the many blessings we have in Mrs. Alice.
Ms. Alice is not only a change maker in her professional life, she changes lives in her community and in her family as well. Always smiling, spreading Love and cheerfulness. Strong, yet soft spoken, she helps others in any way that she can. She trusts in the Lord with her whole heart and is truly a Blessing to those that are lucky enough to make her acquaintance. Mrs. Alice is such a great asset to our school. She truly loves Arbor, and it shows every day in her actions. She has a wonderful motherly spirit and is nurturing many of the children as well as the students. Mrs. Alice does not so much for the students by buying books during the book fair and buying ice cream when they have helped her in the cafeteria. WE LOVE MRS. ALICE!
I have had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Alice since my children first started attending Arbor Springs Elementary School in 2005. Ms. Alice is a hard worker and truly takes pride in marking our school sparkle. I brought my parents to the school one time to show them my classroom. My dad commented on how shiny the floors were and that they were so clean you could eat off of them. I passed the comment on to Ms. Alice and I think it really made her day. People from other schools have come here for Academic Bowl competitions and always comment on how clean the school is. Kudos to Ms. Alice and her team of custodians!
