Whether it's a word of encouragement to a student having a tough day or simply a cheerful smile that brightens someone's mood, Ms. Mims has an uncanny ability to touch lives in simple and profound ways. Staff often recall tales of how Ms. Mims shared anecdotes that provided them with unexpected solutions to their problems," said Carroll.

"Through her diligent work, our school shines not just in its physical appearance but also in its ambiance," said Carroll. "The hallways and classrooms are more than just spaces; they are environments of inspiration, made possible by Ms. Mims' commitment to excellence and her understanding of the importance of a clean and welcoming environment in the learning process."

"Ms. Mims' leadership extends beyond her designated role. She champions the importance of unity, instilling in both students and staff the belief that everyone, irrespective of their role, has a crucial part to play in the success of our district. In her role, Ms. Mims has consistently showcased unparalleled dedication. She takes the time to ensure that each classroom, corridor, and common area is maintained to the highest standard. Not once have we had to question her commitment or the quality of her work, which is always impeccable," said Carroll.
