Our students love him, as he interacts with them in such a positive way. He is always encouraging them to be their very best. He has also taken to mentoring our special needs students by checking on them and buying treats for them as encouragement when they do not want to do their work! Mr. Delfred is so friendly and will go above and beyond to make our school as clean as he can. He is never cross or difficult to work with. He is always so very positive and kind."
