"Mrs. Raymond is one of the best classroom managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with," said Jones. "Her students love her and respect her. They know what her expectations are, and they work hard everyday to exceed those expectations. I always say that I wish I could have been a student in Mrs. Raymond's class. I love going to visit her classroom. Honestly, seeing her teach makes me want to go back to teaching again, because I feel that I could be a much better teacher than I was years ago."
Mrs. Raymond is patient, kind, and has a huge heart. She never raises her voice around her students and is the type of person that we all strive to be. She's not only a leader on campus and in her district, but she is also a respected member of the community.
"Mrs. Raymond is always willing to go above and beyond to help out whenever she sees a need," said Jones. "She offered her house for our first staff meeting and hosted a brunch for all of us to share in fellowship and collaboration. I can't even imagine the influence she has had on so many students over the years. We will probably never truly know the impact she has made on the lives of all the students she has taught."
Mrs. Raymond is a leader who makes her school a positive, great place to learn. She is committed to excellence in all aspects of her life, and she is successful. Her performance appraisals have always been top notch. She attends a local church in the community and is also a member of a sorority that raises money to help people in the community.
