Mr. Hicks is an “inspirational life coach“ for students on eight campuses at Lewisville ISD. He visits with 34 students every week, inspiring them to grow beyond their current situation or areas of life. He empowers them with life skills and the knowledge to win in life.
He is well-known, not only with students, but the entire community throughout Lewisville and Flower Mound. He impacts everyone that he comes across.
Mr Hicks is an all around great person! I met him while driving school buses! All the kids he comes in contact with looks up to him as a shining light that’s never dim. I vote Mr Hicks for the life changer award hands down!!
T-Ronn Hicks is a blessing and a burst of joy to those he encounters. He enthusiastically and energetically strives to help the people he interacts with - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Whether it is words of encouragement and inspiration or a snack and a smile, T-Ronn changes lives one moment at a time.

I met Hicks when my oldest was in elementary over 10 years ago. He has been an positive role model for all the hids in Lewisville Isd a d beyond. He is an wonderful leader and compassionate leader. Everyone that meets him loves him. He is more than a family friend he is family.
When our 19 year old grandson went missing from a camping trip, Mr. Hicks led a prayer circle at the school that his little brother attended. The outcome was not what we hoped for but we were so grateful for Mr. Hicks' willingness to get the community involved. He is genuine in his love for the students he mentors.
Words can’t express how much of an impact Ronn has made with everyone he’s come in contact with. His willingness to help the next generation excel beyond their greatness potential is amazing! Ronn, thanks for all you do for the kiddos!!!!

Mr.Hicks will leave a lasting impression on anyone he meets. I met him when I was a teen in Little Elm ISD. He was one of my biggest supporters and got me through many rough times. Through words, but perhaps more importantly, actions, T Ronn shows up for students providing them with whatever they need to tackle their day, their week, their school year, and their future! Mr. Hicks has been working with students in our district for about 20 years. I've seen him work tirelessly with some of our most troubled students, helping them to turn their lives in more positive directions. He is an inspiration to all he meets and definitely a Life Changer.
Not much can be said that hasn’t already. He his an absolute light to all he comes in contact with and has touched more lives than you can ever count.
Mr. Hicks is always positive and shines a light wherever he goes. He is passionate about helping students and gives his time to many students across our school district.
I met Mr. Hicks nine years ago when he started working with one of the kids from my school. The kid from nine years ago was in my office literally everyday for three years. Mr. Hicks worked tirelessly with him, trying to get him to see that there were other things that he could in life, besides getting in trouble, most of the time on purpose. Nine years later he is in college, I would say that only happened because of Mr. Hicks. Through the years I have had the pleasure of working him, and I am always impressed. Mr. Hicks is now doing a book study with my student leadership group. These are kids that have had a tough go at things, but they have that leadership potential that people look for. He captures their attention and won't let it go. The kids respect him and his messages. You can't do better than Mr. Hicks.
What can I say about this man right here I’ve know T-Ronn for over 30 years started out being me and my cousin’s wrestling manager and from there we became family. He’s one of the most positive people I know and have never once changed from that position I can honestly say I love this man. I am happy to see he’s continuing his journey with work school

I think the biggest blessing is seeing someone in action to model their beliefs. He’s passionate, motivated, and inspirational to so many. I have seen him over the past decade interact with youth and make a lasting effect on them. There are some people you never forget. He is such a blessing to our youth and a great leader for our community.

Mr Hicks aka Simply Badd aka T-Ronn Hicks is the true definition of a LifeChanger. His genuine care and concern for the well being of his community is like no other I’ve ever experienced. He’s never met a stranger, and people go out of their way to be in his presence. He truly lives his life to serve others and make his community better. He is a well known and accomplished anti bullying activist and speaker, and life coach for numerous athletic teams on the high school and collegiate level, a minister and deacon at his local church and has served in many leaderships capacities such as head of the PTA. He’s inspired kids and adults for many years to live their best life through one on one contacts and publicly through his various social media channels.
