Ms. Fields is an amazing educator. She has been the gifted teacher at Wacona Elementary School for many years, and all of her students love her. She cares about each and every one of her students, as well as those who are not in her classes.    Ms. Fields pushes her students to succeed and reach their goals. She makes a difference in the lives of each person she meets, including her co-workers.

Pam has dedicated her entire adult life to educating children. She is working on her 36th year as a teacher and is always looking for new and innovative ways to engage her students. She helped us achieve the highest school rating in our RESA district by working with both the academically challenged students, as well as, our school's gifted population. Her expectations are high for everyone because she believes all students can learn! She did this last year all while battling cancer and she never let that process get her down or alter her work ethic, which is outstanding. What makes her a LifeChanger is that she has a passion for teaching and learning which she helps instill in every one of her students.

Pam is wonderful! She loves her students. My daughter is in her WINGS class and she absolutely loves when she gets to go to her class. She makes learning fun and challenging. She is the BEST!
