LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Jeffrey Hughes was nominated by his colleague, Jennifer Ley.

Mr. Hughes has provided wonderful support and guidance for everyone at South Salem Elementary School. As the leader for the Positive Behavior Supports program at school, he has worked hard to build a great system of rewarding students for the correct behaviors. This student motivational program helps to build an optimal learning environment at school. His wonderful, approachable, style of leadership has also been one of the factors that has encouraged Ley to continue to persevere through some challenging student issues this year.
