Mrs. Mannery is the office manager at Bailey APAC Middle School, and she is the queen of multi-tasking. She manages to answer the phone and intercom, address parents and students, and provide assistance with extreme effectiveness. Mrs. Mannery knows every parent and student, as well as most of their extended relatives. Mrs. Mannery's ability to remember everyone has built such a caring, trusting relationship between the school and parents. She keeps teachers stocked with supplies and materials, and that makes for happy teachers.
You can always find Mrs. Mannery talking to a child and encouraging them to do well in school. She goes above and beyond her duties as the office manager to help others. One year ago, Mrs. Mannery lost her oldest son in a tragic accident.
"She has been relentless in coming to work and is one of the strongest women I have ever met," the nominator said. "She has dedicated herself to this school and her job, and it shows in her every day work."

Mrs. Mannery is a friend to everyone she meets. She possesses a loving spirit that is infectious and inspirational. She can always be counted on to go above and beyond expectations. She is a genuine friend, a dedicated colleague, and a devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Mannery is a true life changer.

Mrs. Mannery is a humble, resilient and affectionate person. As an Office Manager at Bailey APAC, she not only keeps the office running but the school as a whole. Staff and students knows who to go to in order to get any situation solve. Mrs. Mannery's does not leave her skills at her desk; she takes it to the community. Her strength and compassion energizes chikdren and adults to do more and better in any circumstances. This nomination is well deserve and she has already won in my eyes.
Mrs. Mannery goes above and beyond to keeps things running efficiently at work. Her interactions with students and adults are made with compassion and sincerity. She is more than willing (at least it appears so) to stop what she is doing to help when asked. I have never seen her get frustrated or frazzled by the demands placed up her day in and day out. Her humbleness often causes most to overlook her actions, which is why she is perfect for this award. She deserves to be recognized for what she does and the manner in which she does it constantly.

Mrs.Mannery is a very strong woman both professionally and and at home as many may know she’s my mother and I can honestly say she teaches me a new lesson everyday. While I’m out and about people ask me what’s my last name and when I say mannery they automatically know my mother for her kindness and passion for her kids and also her job, and I personally think her any my father make me the person I am and who I want to become.

This award practically belongs to Mrs. Mannery. She is as hardworking and dedicated as they come. She manages to overcome any obstacle that life throws at her and does so with a smile! The fact that she wants this award more for her school than herself proves more than anything else what type of heart this lady has!
Very well deserving!! Her passion for children is proven with the examples of respect, excellence, and maturity we see with the kids in her home. She was is all hands on deck. Every meeting, every accomplishment and every mistake she’s there. But her dedication to the life of every child extends far beyond her own doorstep. She has touched and continues to touch the lives of so many high school students, college students and graduates. We all know that when we call a teacher or mentor “Mom.” And we all have at some point. That they have impacted our lives and that the love for them is real. I can’t put a number on the lives she has impacted but many parents should be blessed that the path of their child is crossed by her!
As a first year Office Manager, Mrs. Mannery has been an inspiration to me and a great role model. She knows that "In order to make a difference, sometimes you must be the difference!" She does this by going over and beyond the call of duty to assist and train me on how to be an efficient Office Manager. From Saturday training sessions, to reviewing paperwork, sending policies and procedures or just being a phone call away; she has truly been instrumental in making my first year not seem so overwhelming. Her "team" spirit is a trait that I am going to take on and share with others!
Mrs. Mannery is not only a life changer, but also a live enhancer because she models how a little extra effort on the front end will yield peace and smooth sailing day-to-day.
Many people don't realize how much Mrs. Mannery is a big help around Bailey Apac! She is very strong and she honestly deserves this. She is the best office manager ever.

Ste’Sha Mannery is the very definition of a life changer. She found her calling in life when she started working with children. She has spent her life making sure her children are put in the best position to succeed and she does the same for every student she encounters. The students recognize her love for them and instantly look at her like a mother figure. You can find a student at any given time stopping by her office just to talk and get words of encouragement. Nothing makes her happier than seeing a child succeed and meet the goals that they set for themselves. She is extremely dedicated to her job. She never wants to miss a day.
